Your Role:

As our Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top-notch candidates primarily for Real Estate Agent positions. Your expertise will help us build an exceptional team that drives our organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft captivating job postings and distribute them across various platforms, including job boards and social media.
  • Source, meticulously screen, and engage in insightful interviews with potential candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive background and reference checks on prospective hires.
  • Craft compelling job descriptions, postings, and innovative interview questions.
  • Take charge of the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Offer valuable recommendations for making informed hiring decisions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest recruitment trends and strategies.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience Matters: You've got at least 2 years of recruitment experience in Dubai real estate.
  • Communication Skills: Your ability to communicate, negotiate, and solve problems is your strong suit.
  • Self-Starter: You thrive in independent roles and take the initiative to make things happen.
  • Language: Must be fluent in these languages, Russian or Spanish
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office applications is second nature to you.
  • Legal Know-How: You're well-versed in employment laws and regulations.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in languages other than English? That's a definite advantage!
  • Multi-Tasker: A fast-paced environment with multiple tasks doesn't faze you.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From AED10,000.00 per month
