Your role
You will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team that is responsible for implementing and managing Distribution Oversight for our Luxembourg fund ranges (Invesco Funds SICAV and Alternative Investment Funds; Zodiac Funds, Invesco Global Real Estate Asset Funds and Multi-Strategy Funds), ensuring appropriate consistency across the different Management Companies outside of Luxembourg, relating to our other fund ranges (Liquidity Funds, ETFs and ICVCs) and contributing to the EMEA-wide Distribution Oversight efforts.

What we are we looking for:
Implementation of the IMSA distribution oversight policy, supporting procedures and processes to demonstrate oversight frameworks and methodologies to be exerted over distribution activities
Maintenance of the distribution network database for the Luxembourg domiciled funds
Completion of initial and ongoing due diligence of externally appointed distributors, including co-ordination of due diligence questionnaires, risk assessments, the maintenance of distribution registers, quarterly reporting and contracts, ongoing due diligence and site visits
Preparation and production of Distribution Oversight due diligence reports, KPIs, dashboards, and management reporting highlighting risks or gaps identified, as appropriate and when required
Appropriate escalation of incidents / breaches and risks to the management company, including the identification and management of known / unknown gaps
Collaboration with key stakeholders to co-ordinate and implement the appropriate oversight models
Act as a point of escalation for any client and delegate issues relating to Distribution Oversight
Provide support to the Distribution Oversight manager and team to perform similar activities for the other fund ranges in scope, leveraging the IMSA Distribution Oversight model and in accordance with CSSF regulatory requirements
Perform ongoing and periodic oversight of internally appointed sub-distributors, as part of BAU activities
Work with Technology and key stakeholders to develop automated solutions to enhance and develop our distribution oversight activities.
Keep well informed on best practices, industry changes and trends that may impact Distribution Oversight related activities

What you can bring:
Proven experience working within the Asset Management industry, preferably within a distribution related activity or function
Excellent knowledge of management company regulations, such as CSSF circular 18/698
Excellent understanding of fund distribution chains, contractual arrangements and related operational challenges and associated risks
Good understanding of management company activities and its regulatory framework
Fluent in English
Strong skills in MS Office: Word/EXCEL/PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent analytical, administrative and organisational skills with an ability to multi-task
Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross functional team
Able to work independently but effectively
Team orientated personality
Self-motivated with an ability to learn new skills and work on own initiative
