SehatGhar is looking for a highly motivated and experienced general physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from routine check-ups to the diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses. The physician will also be responsible for collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough medical consultations with patients, obtain detailed medical histories, perform physical examinations, and evaluate symptoms to diagnose illnesses and injuries.
2. Treatment and Prescriptions: Develop appropriate treatment plans, prescribe medications, administer vaccinations, and provide advice on managing acute and chronic conditions.
3. Preventive Care: Promote and provide preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, vaccinations, lifestyle counseling, and disease prevention education.
4. Medical Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including patient history, examination findings, diagnoses, treatment plans, and prescriptions.
5. Patient Education: Educate patients about their medical conditions, treatment options, medication usage, and self-care practices to empower them in managing their health effectively.
6. Continuous Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, guidelines, and research to enhance knowledge and skills through regular participation in professional development activities.
7. Clinic Operations: Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth clinic operations, maintain a clean and organized environment, and comply with regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Medical Degree: Possession of a valid medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution. Additional specialization or certification in general practice is preferred.
2. Medical Licensure: Valid and current medical license to practice as a General Practitioner in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Clinical Experience: Prior experience working as a General Practitioner in a private clinic or primary care setting is desirable.
4. Diagnostic Skills: Proficient in evaluating symptoms, diagnosing illnesses, and interpreting diagnostic tests and results accurately.
5. Patient-Centric Approach: Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a patient-centric approach in delivering healthcare services.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients, explain medical concepts clearly, and address their concerns effectively.
7. Multitasking and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple patient cases, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.
8. Ethical Conduct: Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism in all patient interactions and adhere to medical and legal guidelines.
9. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, nurses, and administrative staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
10. Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
