General Description:
Under the direction of the Senior Director, Country Manager Austria, this individual is responsible to establish and ensure efficient communication structures among internal and external project stakeholders and ensure information and content flow between interdisciplinary teams (incl. regular reporting to local management. Furthermore, a regular contribution to content work and hands-on support of Subject Matter Experts in individual work packages/specific areas is required in order to maximize the performance of BeiGene’s products in Austria.
Essential Functions of the job:
- Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs
- Host project meetings at least once a week with affiliate team members and managers
- Provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members
- Manage deadlines and push the team to ensure timeliness
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Establish realistic goals and implement action plans for achieving set objectives
- Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure availability of financial, material and human resources required to complete a project successfully
- Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults to seek solutions to a more efficient process
- Develop internal communication strategies useful in ensuring communication between various departments of an organization

- Administration, execution and follow up of commercially initiated initiatives, congress management for local and international congresses, local symposia and events
- Designing and signing off on contracts, incl. internal approvals and processing respective steps (vendor onboarding, contract development, procurement etc.)
- Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
- Ensure compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
- Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeiGene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.
Education Required:
- General qualification for University entrance Specific scientific and economic education.
Qualifications
- Experiences in this or similar positions
- More than 5 years of qualified work experience in project management and related management areas
- Demonstrated success in a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
- High social competence and capacity for teamwork
- Highly motivated, solution oriented and a positive attitude
- Success-, service-, and commercial-oriented thinking and working
- Exceptional communication skills and thought leadership
- Having worked in Hemato-Oncology as an asset / special knowledge in the field of Lymphomas is desirable
