We are looking for a VA who is good on the phones and speaks English and Spanish fluently to call leads to convince them to set an appointment at a medical office. We are looking for someone energetic, outgoing, and upbeat who is good on the phone and has great customer service skills. You will have to be fluent in spoken and written English, fluent in Spanish, and will be completely remote and working from home.

You will be learning an appointment setting system.
The Requirements
- Proficient in Spoken and written English, fluent in Spanish and good communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Upbeat personality, good listener, proactive and go getting
- Prior experience outbound calling, customer service, appointment setting preferred.
- Can work on any time zone in the US.
- Willing to work on weekends
- Must be able to think quickly on their feet
- We are always looking for a long term relationship; this is not project base or have an end date as long as you are performing
You must have good communication skills, think quickly on your feet, and be okay with people saying no to you. Must be willing to learn and be proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700 USD per month, paid out every 2 weeks via Wise. Bonus for sign ups start after 90 days.
