Large and rapidly growing NSW Government Org. is seeking experienced Project Support Officer to support their project team with both strategic and project administration tasks.
The successful candidate will ideally need to have previous project management exposure within the government space. This role would be working on a NSW wide program.

Reporting to the Project Manager in this versatile Project Support Officer role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing project support, including preparation of reports and briefs, maintaining project documentation, implementing and monitoring project plans and reporting on project status and risks
- Clerical and routine administration support to the team as directed by the team
- Coordinating working groups and communicating with key stakeholders to respond to requests
- Assisting with the planning and organisation of each stage of the project life cycle

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
- At least 12 months experience in a similar Project Support Officer role
- SAP and TRIM experience is a must
- NSW Government experience with be highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage complex stakeholder relations
