Receptionist [New Zealand]


 

The Receptionist role offers variety, and is vital in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our property. This role requiresa can-do attitude, great people skills and the ability to work within a diverse team.

Duties include:
  • Greeting guests at Reception and assisting with checking guests in and out.
  • Taking payments from guests, and recording these accurately.
  • Advising on and arranging reservations and accommodation, including assisting with new reservations, and helping to manage reservations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Answering queries from guests about local attractions and booking tours.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will need to have:
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar role, and
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • The right to permanently live & work in New Zealand
  • A relevant level 2 or level 3 NZ qualification may substitute for relevant experience.
