Academy Group is looking for a full-time Production Coordinator superstar to join the Christchurch team for our busy publishing company.
As a Production Coordinator you will help our clients who are placing advertisements in our publications by giving customer care support and ensuring that we meet their expectations.
Job Description:
- Answering Telephone calls and dealing with client queries
- Indefinity and asses clients changes to achieve satisfaction
- Build Sustainable relationships with clients
- Meet personal / customer service targets and calling targets supplied by Product Co-Ordinator Manager
- Handle customer complaints & provide the appropriate solutions and alternative within the limits & follow up to ensure resolution
- Contacting customers for advert copies
- Proofing adverts to customers
- Emailing/Calling customers for approval on adverts and editorial
- Ensuring publications go to print on time
- Assisting with Staff/Contractors when required
- Take the extra mile to engage clients
- Coordinate with Designers to ensure that the client gets their desired advert
- Ensure that all publications go to print on time as per the deadline supplied by Production Co-Ordinator Manager
- Ensure all clients have been contacted once atleast week
- Any other duties that may arise

- Full Time (40 Hours)
- 8:00am 4:30pm
- Addington Christchurch Based
