- Associate should have good understanding on Automation Anywhere (version - AA360, certification required) along with understanding on how to deliver the project in Agile methodology.
- Detailed analysis of the robots that requires upscaling.
- Post analysis, one of the following remediation to be applied
- Move the robot to virtual worker(VW) infrastructure as per the customer tollgate
process. Make adjustments in the robot code to make it VW compatible.
- Implement multi-bot architecture to handle additional volume if Virtual Worker is
not viable. There are several design patterns for such implementation, for each
robot it will be discussed with customer robotics architect/lead and mutually
agreed by both the parties. The design pattern will depend on the existing robot
design, input file structure, number of Robot operators available for the process etc.
- Redesign & build new robot as part of upscaling in case the current design is not
suitable for any of the above
