We are an ISP in Australia looking looking for a CCNA qualified Technical Support Officer to help business customers with any Internet connection faults, escalate to carriers and configure routers/switches.
This position is 100% Work from Home with rotational shifts. Good quality Home Internet connection and computer is a must. Industry experience a bonus but not necessary - freshers with IT knowledge, good attitude and willing to learn should apply.
Must speak English well.
Services that will be supported include broadband Internet, IPSEC VPN, Firewall and VOIP phones.
Skills required include proficiency in troubleshooting issues relating to RADIUS authentication, internet speed / latency / packet losses and managing fault escalations with carriers.
Australian telco industry experience a bonus.
Experience with 3CX, FortiNet and MikroTik will be beneficial.
Excellent English skills and experience in faults/request management using a ticketing system is mandatory.
