General Description:
- To work under supervision on a rotational basis, in all areas of the department including dirty instrument/washroom reception, production/assembly room including microsurgical instrumentation, sterilizing, stock control and dispatch.
- Undertake instructions from supervisory staff to produce sterilize, dispatch instruments and dressing packs for use by the hospital in line with departmental policies in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Education required skills and TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in CSSD and valid license relevant to KSA
- Working knowledge of decontamination and sterilizing processes and medical terminology.
- Good Standard in English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to work diligently and accurately on repetitive tasks.
- Respect for patient department confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
- Previous experience as a CSSD Tech or in a related role. 3 years
