We are currently looking for an Electrical Engineering Coordinator to join our team in our Thessaloniki Offices.
Your role will encompass:
- Gather requirements, define project scope, and oversee the coordination of electrical and I&C design processes
- Manage technical interfaces and ensure smooth coordination between teams
- Review electrical and I&C design studies, calculations, and drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations. Review team-generated documentation for project validation
- Prepare and issue technical specifications and evaluation sheets to the Procurement team. Actively participate in the evaluation of supplier offers and the selection of equipment/materials
- Monitor supplier and subcontractor documentation, as well as review design deliverables
- Develop, review, and track the electrical design budget and schedule. Coordinate closely with the Project team
- Coordinate with engineering contractors and consultants, administer subcontracts, and manage these relationships
- Produce and distribute construction drawings on-site
- Oversee the client's review process
- Foster cross-functional communication and collaborate closely with stakeholders. Conduct meetings with suppliers and customers abroad as needed
- Conduct site visits when necessary
- Participate at all project stages in accordance with the project timeline, focusing on electrical design
- Provide regular reports to upper management
- Identify and address risks and opportunities, seeking effective solutions
What you bring to the role:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering
- Post Graduate Studies or MBA shall be considered an advantage
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Background in electrical systems and project management
- At least 5 years’ experience preferably in the energy sector (power plants, HV/MV substations)
- Experience in power plant EPC projects shall be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English
