Job Description: Telesales Executive
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing online distance education firm. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our online educational programs and attracting prospective students through effective telesales strategies. Your exceptional communication skills, persuasive abilities, and passion for education will contribute to the continued success and expansion of our organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential students with the aim of promoting and selling our online distance education programs.
2. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective students through attentive and personalized communication.
3. Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information about our courses, pricing, enrollment process, and other relevant details.
4. Understanding student needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential student questions and follow-up call questions; responding to student requests for proposals
5. Handle objections and concerns raised by potential students with professionalism and a focus on problem-solving.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
7. Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
9. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using LMM and other applicable Systems and Software.
10. Collaborating with Management on Sales goals; planning, forecasting and execution of all related activities inclusive of maintaining short term & long-term business development Plans & Programs.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience, preferably in the education sector or related field.
2. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a telesales environment.
4. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential students effectively.
5. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships with clients.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
8. Adept at handling objections and turning them into opportunities.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
10. Passion for education and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
