The Victorian Government established the Labour Hire Licensing Authority (LHA) to introduce a licensing system to regulate the provision of labour hire services across Victoria. The LHA undertakes a range of licensing, compliance and enforcement activities, maintains public registers and conducts research and education in accordance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) (Act).About the role
The Intelligence, Compliance and Enforcement Division provides intelligence and analytics services to the LHA, and promotes, monitors, investigates and enforces compliance with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) and a broad range of relevant laws.
Reporting to the Manager, Intelligence, Compliance and Enforcement, the Administration Officer will provide a diverse range of end-to-end administrative services across all areas of the Intelligence, Compliance and Enforcement Division as well as contributing to the smooth functioning of the broader LHA administrative systems and services.
This role has a flexible work location with an option of Melbourne CBD or Bendigo.
