Responsibilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience in developing large-scale systems, including demand analysis, system architecture design, technical decision-making, software development, and software testing.- Ability to create reasonable software development schedules and ensure timely project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in managing R&D teams, leading them to successfully complete multiple system development tasks with high quality and within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Experience in advertising projects, familiarity with the design and development of advertising-related systems, and a deep understanding of the advertising business.
Qualifications
- Collaborate with the product team to refine product designs and translate product requirements into detailed specifications.
- Design and develop the system architecture for our advertising delivery system, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
- Establish development schedules and coordinate the team to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct functional testing to validate the system's core functionalities and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee the successful implementation and deployment of new features and functionalities, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, promptly addressing any issues and optimizing performance.
- Provide timely and accurate data support to the product team, assisting in defining key business metrics and offering technical insights for product optimization.
- Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.
- Prepare reports for senior management on system architecture, performance, development experiences, and recommendations.
