Night Attendant & Custodian for Hotel & Hostel
Pay Range: $16.04-$17.00 Per Hour
Full Time: 12am-8am
Night Attendant and custodian needed for Hotel and Hostel in Hollywood/West Hollywood. Shift is overnight from 12am-8am. Overall objective is to keep the property clean, ensure the property is safe and secure, and to provide customer service to help with late guest check ins/early checkouts. Responsibilities Include:
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Wiping down all surfaces
- Taking out trash
- Cleaning and restocking common area bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels & soap.
- Launder dirty sheets & blankets, fold, and organize
- Arranging furniture
- Walking the entire property every 60 minutes
- Checking gates, entrances & exits are locked and secure
- Providing friendly customer service
- Checking guests in, and confirming all information provided is accurate
- Responding to guest inquires or complaints in professional and timely manner
- Processing early guest checkouts
- Observe cameras
- Answer phone in a professional manner
- Report any incidences or problems in reception log
- Communicate any maintenance issues in maintenance log
- Set up breakfast area at 7am
