About the role
Aarke is on an exciting journey and has in only a few years gained global traction with our products, characterized by our unique design with a strong emphasis on sustainability and durability.
We are now looking for a HR Manager to take lead for all people related matters within our Aarke team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our people strategies, which includes attracting, hiring, onboarding, and developing our talent. In addition, you will be a crucial advocate for our company culture and values. Also, you will support our managers with expertise, tools, and operational tasks to run our business and operation every day. You will have our Office Manager in your team.
This role will be part of the management team.
Responsibilities

Responsible for the People strategy;
Competence & capabilities review, appraisal structure and process, culture, leadership, and more.
- Set and drive the yearly People processes;
Salary review, competence development structure and more.
- Employee administration;
Reporting new salaries, registering new insurances, pension, update employee platforms, employer letters and more.
- Labor law;
Define and document applicable policies and procedures, secure implementation, drive and project lead all labor law processes, educate internally, stay up to date with employment law changes, employment agreements, work environment and more.
- Recruitment;
Drive full recruitment processes, point of contact towards recruitment agencies, psychometric tests and more.
- Management;
Coaching managers, budget, forecast and follow up on HR related costs, part of management team and developing the business.
- HR platforms;
Platform owner of HRM system (today HaileyHR), recruitment platforms (today Teamtailor) and other HR related systems.
- Other;
Somewhat IT support as part of our On-, and Offboarding, Facility management since our Office Manager reports to our People Partner.

We believe that you have a relevant education within Human Resources. You have work experience from a broad HR role, coaching managers and preferably from leading labor law processes.
Since you will have a direct report in this position, we see that you have experience from leading others.
English is our company language so all internal communication and documentation will be in English.
