Your tasks and responsibilities:- Coach Line Managers on employee relations topics, assessing risk and acting as consultant to help managers decide on best course of action
- Support employees on HR programs and policies while supporting all data management at the local level
- Advises business management regarding general HR topics, processes and compliance issues, based on local regulations.
- Drives implementation of the local people strategy and derives appropriate actions for local HR strategy.
- Develops local talent pipeline taking diversity aspects into consideration, breaking down the global talent pipeline principles.
- Ensures quality and adherence to local standards for core HR processes.
