- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
- Manage and organize video assets, including footage, graphics, and sound elements.
- Apply advanced video editing techniques, including color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects, to enhance the overall visual appeal and storytelling of the videos.
- Ensure video projects are delivered on time and meet the company’s standards of quality and creativity.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and content creation to continuously improve the video output of the company.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior video editors, as needed.
- Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate feedback into video projects.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, particularly in digital content production, advertising, or similar projects.
- Proficiency in using professional video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
- Knowledge of sound design, understanding of motion graphics, visual effects, and video production technology.
- Ability to create unique, creative, and engaging video content suitable for different audiences and media platforms.
- Good communication skills, ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong project management skills, ability to work in a high-pressure work environment and meet deadlines.
- Possess creativity, a proactive mindset, and always keep up with new trends in video editing and digital content production.
- Skills in working with graphic design software, motion graphics, or related projects will be a plus.
- Experience in video project management, coordinating with creative teams, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve the best results.
- Ability to work with various video formats, resolutions, and sizes to meet the requirements of different media platforms.
- Mastering design principles, video editing and post-production skills, working with sound, color, visual effects, and motion graphics.
- Good English communication skills are an advantage.
