Our location, Gebze Turkey Technology Center (TTC) in Kocaeli, is one of GE Aerospace's nine engineering centers throughout the world, supporting aviation-related R&D and innovation projects that expand with new investments. Our campus is in Gebze, Kocaeli.GE Aerospace is looking for a Software Engineering Intern that will be working with a team of software engineers and design engineers to develop next generation engineering software solutions.
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project
- Understand performance parameters and can assess application performance
Qualifications/Requirements:
- BSc (year 3/4) or MSc student of STEM
- Have awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques
- Understand core data structures and algorithms and has the ability to implement them using language of choice.
