Being one of product engineering family, Who had excellent product development and NPI/MP knowledge and experience in supporting the fast-growing NV product engineering and manufacturing over in APAC working with CMs.
What you'll be doing:
- You will be responsible for NVIDIA TESLA board product yield management, drives and ensure product engineering implementation, maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products, product change control and build management, product failure debug and resolution over TOP issues.
- Perform board level debug and validation of TESLA products. You'll get to learn all about board mechanical, schematic circuit design, high-speed PCB layout techniques, power delivery and manufacturing process.
- Be comfortable working in a lab or manufacturing environment.
- Supervise NVIDIA TESLA board products’ quality and yield goals, and take corrective actions if needed. You will be working with hard design, validation, software and product engineers to characterize products, solve bugs, improve product quality.
What we need to see:
- 5+ years’ experience in either Product Development in the Board related, Consumer Product industry and or backend product manufacturing experiences. Deep technical knowledge in Hardware and/or Software Engineering / Embedded Product Development. BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering or Engineering Science/Physics.
- Strong background from circuit debugging and component qualification.
- Highly results oriented, problem solver and phenomenal team-mate.
- Knowledge of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures.
- Ability to work in cross-site and cross-cultural environment.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese language
- Background with board design/manufacturing/analyze
- Experience with PCB design, validation/mechanical design/Software skill is a plus
