Mission Statement:
Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and recently incarcerated men and women, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for loading truck with bakery products
- Delivering bakery products to customers
- Safely load customer orders onto the company vehicle
- Ensure Deliveries are completed on-time as routed
- Adhere to all traffic laws
- Complete and submit all required paperwork at the end of the route
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass Homeland Security background check
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driver experience and a solid safety record is required.
- Must have the ability to work early morning shifts (weekends/Holidays as needed).
- Must have a clean driving record
- Time management and a strong sense of customer service is critical.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is necessary in order to provide our customers an excellent service.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 40 lbs. or more regularly.
Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
