Your challenges:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence senior manager who is passionate about data management and visualization and who wants to have a business impact. You will generate insights and deep dive for the leaders of Makro PRO to make better decisions.
- You will work with business and product teams to define the data product backlog. You will prioritize it in order to deliver business insights needed to understand the current situation and make more impactful decisions.
- You will deep dive into specific topics (ATP, repurchase, etc.) in order to provide deep insights on how customers are purchasing and how to improve the top line.
- You will cover commercial, marketing, customer and financial topics.
- You will manage a team of Analysts.
Requirements
- Master degree preferred. Bachelor’s also can be considered. Preferably within these fields (not limited to) Computer Science, Data management
- 5 years of management experience in managing a data squad (analytics, engineering, science, intelligence)
- Experience in e-commerce considered an advantage
- Experience in working through unstructured data
- Ability to find your way through complex data sets and imperfect data
- Ability to query like a pro using SQL or Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, tableau)
- Ability to deal with people from all levels professionally, effective planning, organizing, delegating, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
