(DE & OH) Available START times between 7:00am-2:30pm EST
(UT) Available START times between 5:00am-12:30pm MDT
(AZ) Available START times between 4:00am-11:30am MST
This is a Temporary Position with the Opportunity to Promote to a Full Time Role!
What You’ll Do
Handle basic and routine Student Loan inquiries via multiple channels, generally through phone, online chat, or document processing. Student Loan Account representatives use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published material, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Navigates a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications. Must have excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills and be comfortable with multi-tasking, as needed.
How You’ll Do It
Assist customers by being Helpful, Engaging, Resourceful, and taking Ownership, in a fast-paced environment via phone, chat, or through customer document processing.
Qualifications You’ll Need
Bonus Points If You Have
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in collections, customer service, call center or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $17.00 to $18.59. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
