We are looking for a Manager, QEHS, North Europe Region QEHS, Sweden to join our team. The preferred location for this position is Gothenburg, Sweden.
Your main responsibilities & tasks
- Lead and manage quality, health, safety, and security (QEHSS) activities and operations within area of responsibility.
- Participate and contribute to the local teams in relation with QEHSS matters.
- Participate and contribute to North Europe Region QEHSS team.
- Communicate and deploy QEHSS strategy, objectives, and key initiatives within area of responsibility.
- Contribute and promote "First class" QEHSS culture, mind set and approach.
- Develop Risk Management actions (register, assessment, mitigation & control).
- Security and emergency plan development execution (e.g., Covid-19, natural disasters); and security coordination.
- Incident management (e.g., claims, non-conformities, injuries), root cause analysis and lessons learned.
- Execute Customer Experience Management process (monitoring, analysis, and reporting).
- Execute of local QEHSS programs.
- Ensure location QEHSS regulatory compliance (including maintenance of documentation) requirements.
- Structured and consistent follow up of management system actions.
- Conduct internal audits within area of responsibility.
- Customer interface on Business QEHSS matters.
- Driving Operational Excellence at country and/or North Region level.
To be successful in this role we expect you to have qualifications & experience
- QEHS engineer/manager or Engineering degree
- Management systems internal auditor
- Knowledge of local EHS legislation
- Preferable - as QEHS engineer / manager
