HR & Admin Officer [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in C&B function including monthly payroll calculation, final payments, tax filing, leave and attendance management

- Assist in recruitment process such as job ad drafting and posting, screening, interview arrangement, confirm job offer, prepare employment contract,on-boarding & off-boarding procedures

- Provide office administrative support including procurement of stationary & pantry supplies, office equipment maintenance

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and filing system

- Supervise Office Assistants on a daily basis

- Participate in new HRIS implementation project.

- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Associate Degree Holder or above in related discipline.

- Minimum 4 years related working experiences.

- Self-driven with supportive and positive mentality and attitude.

- Well-organized, attentive to details and accountability.

- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese include Mandarin.

- Work under pressure with multi-tasking ability.

- Immediate available is preferred.
