Description:
- Create and manage inventory of items to be sold online, and ensure proper updates to it.
- Determine customers’ requirements online, and provide them with suggestions.
- Look through the inventory to determine if customers’ required items are available.
- Provide customers with information on statuses of desired items, including availability and delivery timeline.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch items, ensuring that they are properly labeled and addressed.
- Handle search engine optimization work to ensure that products are marketed to customers in a prioritized manner.
- Resolve customers’ complaints and issues, by using arbitrary procedures established by the company.

Requirements:
- Graduate (4 – years will be preferred)
- Good Communication Skills.
- Computer literate.
- Proficient documentation skills including MS Office and web searching.
- Capable to perform multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must Proficient in English
Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM
