Responsibilities/Skills
- Collaborate with the project team to build softscape and hardscape BIM models of custom single-family homes as well as multi-family housing projects.
- Employ BIM skills to develop accurate, virtual models.
- Create interactive model files utilizing the BIM application.
- Prepare automated schedules of quantity takeoffs for cost evaluation and construction drawings.
- Respond to requests for information from our estimating and construction departments.
- Revise drawings and documents as required to achieve the specified product.
- Expand the library of our home portfolio.
- Present information accurately, both graphically and numerically.
- Create objects and modules in an organized manner for inclusion in the design library.
- Commitment towards self-directed quality control standards.
- Apply standard operating procedures to all aspects of work.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Architecture / landscaping or Architecture draftsman qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in the coordination and BIM modeling of landscape and softscape in the infrastructure field.
- Experience in delivering projects to BIM.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, SketchUp.
- Knowledge of English language (minimum level C1 in written and oral).
- Flexibility to travel and work in the different geographical areas where we are located.
- Knowledge in Civil3D.
Additional Evaluation Criteria
- Experience in underground works (highly beneficial)
- Experience with large scale / complex projects (beneficial)
- Familiarity with Common Data Environment practices (beneficial)
- Initiative and proactive working methodology.
- Experience with a cloud-based construction management platform such as BIM 360.
- Good English knowledges in writing and speaking.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
