Job Description :
- Perform daily billing of sales invoices
- Work closely with Operation team on customers' billing requirements
- Generate monthly statement to customers and sales report
- Monitor customers' ageing and assist in account closing
- Assist in accounts payable on reconciliation of vendors' account.
- Handle other day to day accounting such as data entry, filing, documentation and etc
- Support admin functions such as order of office supplies Assist in any other adhoc assignments
Requirements :
- Minimum Nitec / O Level , preferably in Accounting
- With at least 1 years of working experience in the relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Responsible, Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
