We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly technical professional to join our dynamic team as a Technical Integration and Support Engineer. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to our customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Ottopia's products with their software and hardware.

- Bachelor’s degree - a must, BS.c/BA in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in customer support and/or implementation roles.
- Proven customer-service mindset: demonstrated ability to listen to customers, understand their needs, and respond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts.
- Experience with Linux-based network devices and interfaces.
- Hands-on experience in deploying and integrating hardware and software systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with troubleshooting and modifying low-voltage electronic components is a plus.
- Familiarity with vehicle communication systems and protocols (e.g., CAN/CANopen) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally for on-site deployments and customer support.
