Executive Assistant
OUR ROLE
In the role as Executive Assistant you will be in a central role to support the work of C-level Executive(s) and the Board of Directors across a wide variety of administrative tasks. You will get to work closely with the Chair and Executive management as well as collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders globally.
This position is based in our Fiskars Group Espoo Campus, Finland and reports to Fiskars Group CFO. The position is full-time and an on-site role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS
Responsibilities:

Managing professional and personal scheduling for C-Level, including calendar management and travel arrangements

Managing the process for Board meetings, including meeting schedules, material handling, correspondence, travel and on-site arrangements

Preparing presentations, handling invoices, monitoring the cost reporting and compiling needed reports

Organizing and supporting internal/external meetings and events.
WHO YOU ARE
Your background:
-
Relevant educational background, e.g. BBA or similar
-
Over 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in an international/global stock-listed company
-
Experience from planning and coordinating the Executive and Board meetings, travel and documenting in an international/global stock-listed company
-
Proficiency in all general office, ICT and mobile tools, and ability to develop modern ways of working.
To be successful in this role you also need:

Strong organizational and project management skills with resilience to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt as needed in a fast-paced environment

Superior communications skills, being able to interact effectively across all levels of the organization and stakeholders

Professionalism and discretion when interfacing with stakeholders

Independent, courageous and collaborative mindset
-
Fluency in English and Finnish (written and spoken), other languages are an asset.
