Executive Assistant to the CEO [Philippines]


 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Preferably with 1 year of experience as Executive Assistant.
  • Must be knowledgeable in doing business letters and other secretarial/admin jobs.
  • Must be detail-oriented, kind, respectful and professional.
  • Must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive Assistant performs admin related tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Travel Arrangements (book flights, accommodation, and transportation)
  • Take minutes of the meeting.
  • Be in charge of keeping track of credit card payments of the President.
  • Cater to all requests of the President.
  • Ensure the proper documentation of all processes and its accuracy owned by the Executive Assistant
  • Be in charge of the President's calendar and manage the clients.
  • Greet visitors and provide necessary assistance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
