QUALIFICATIONS
- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any course.
- Preferably with 1 year of experience as Executive Assistant.
- Must be knowledgeable in doing business letters and other secretarial/admin jobs.
- Must be detail-oriented, kind, respectful and professional.
- Must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Assistant performs admin related tasks including, but not limited to:
- Travel Arrangements (book flights, accommodation, and transportation)
- Take minutes of the meeting.
- Be in charge of keeping track of credit card payments of the President.
- Cater to all requests of the President.
- Ensure the proper documentation of all processes and its accuracy owned by the Executive Assistant
- Be in charge of the President's calendar and manage the clients.
- Greet visitors and provide necessary assistance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php17,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Muntinlupa City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
