We are looking for an Intern (f/m/d) A&R Publishing to support our publishing team in Berlin for 6 months. You are a communicative and well-structured person with a proactive working style. A close cooperation in the team is important to you, you are flexible and enthusiastic about dealing with new topics and projects.
Your Tasks
- Support in the creation of offers, introduction of authors or proposals for sessions
- Support in the supervision and organization of songwriting camps
- Presentation and promotion of our songs in the form of meetings, newsletters, etc.
- Provision and clarification of all copyright splits of our authors
- Preparation of internal and external reports
Your Profile
- You convince with good academic results and have a relation to the music business, preferably in the publishing or management area.
- Basic understanding of music publishing and related processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to address different characters and personalities.
- Proactive, well-structured work style and an absolute team player.
- Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
- Confident in the use of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong service orientation, organizational strength and project management skills.
