Duties:

  • Assisting Recruitment Consultants with fulfilling the staffing needs of clients and job seekers
  • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and interviews
  • Conducting industry and market research
  • Providing support to the various departments
  • Preparing and updating various monthly reports
  • Performing Administrative and Data Entry duties
  • Ensuring that the company's objectives and sales targets are met
  • Other Ad-hoc duties apply if needed

Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • People-Oriented and comfortable with a fast paced environment
  • Possess a positive attitude to learn and grow with the company
  • Team player and able to work well with all levels
