WATER QUALITY PLATFORM
Danaher's Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer and ChemTreat. WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zeland, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the new office renovation progress
- Coordinate with vendor for packing and moving
- Settle the new office
- Applying new licences
- Other assistant ( ERP transaction, contract renew, new associates’ name card, new letterhead…..)
- Reception
- Office management ( pantry ,carpet cleaning, fire drill, meeting room setting… )
- office maintenance (repairs, service and maintenance scheduling with multiple vendors and landlord/facility management/maintenance team)
- Handling incoming phone calls
- Manage Demo
- New vendor creation, New part number creation
- Team building activity coordination
- Point of contact for business visa application and itinerary support
- SFDC customer data scrubbing
- IB data entering to new software
