Requirements:
- Previous working experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Manager at least 3+ years.
- Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, and requirements management tools.
- Knowledge of Software development Life Cycle and the Agile methodology (especially Scrum and Kanban).
- Knowledge of Business process modeling, prototyping, and diagramming tools (Miro, Draw.io, etc.).
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving.
- English upper-intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements.
- Establishing and monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project life-cycle.
- Facilitate and lead the requirements elicitation process.
- Manage product and project scope.
- Preparation artifacts, technical documentation.
- Perform presentations and demo to stakeholders.
- Communication with stakeholders.
