- A strong focus on providing guidance and coaching of managers concerning general HR queries, policies and practices
- Manage employee relations and oversee any matters arising from employee issues
- Liaise with the recruitment function, ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner & including succession planning of key roles
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and identify future training needs
- Assist the Operations team with retention initiatives
- Coordinate our reward and recognition program - ahs4us
- Experience in a fast-paced HR operational role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and
- Great stakeholder management
