HR Business Partner [Australia]

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team based in Sydney CBD in this true Hybrid position. Reporting to the GM – People & Culture, you will provide support, guidance and leadership to your key stakeholders and client group located across four states. Leading a small team of HR Coordinators, you will work in conjunction with the Operations team to both deliver on our people strategy and work across several exciting HR projects.

The right candidate will be an enthusiastic and hands on team player, demonstrating:
  • A strong focus on providing guidance and coaching of managers concerning general HR queries, policies and practices
  • Manage employee relations and oversee any matters arising from employee issues
  • Liaise with the recruitment function, ensuring vacancies are filled in a timely manner & including succession planning of key roles
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and identify future training needs
  • Assist the Operations team with retention initiatives
  • Coordinate our reward and recognition program - ahs4us
  • Experience in a fast-paced HR operational role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and
  • Great stakeholder management
