Position Overview
A store manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. Their duties include motivating sales teams, creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Staff Planning and Training
Responsible for setting Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales goals
Develop strategies to improve customer service
Maintaining the overall image of the store
Inventory handling such as stock re-ordering, Stock take and track your stock levels at all times.
Overseeing store daily operations
Able to analyze store performance and handle customers enquiries
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least SPM, Diploma or relevant experienced.
At least 3-5 years working in retail or supervisory experience.
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work on shift, 6 days per week including Public Holiday
Benefits :
Basic – 3,000.00 – 3,400.00
