Our Global HR Team partners with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members.


What will I be doing:

The Director Human Resources will lead the Property HR function for Team Members across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Levant ( Jordan & Lebanon), partnering with the Area Operations Team in overseeing Hilton's dynamic, growing markets. You will be a key change agent responsible for implementing a new level of HR engagement.

You will be responsible for driving the talent agenda for the region which includes scaling our teams, resources, and aligning processes to meet the growth over the next several years. Further you will play a key role in further developing the leadership capabilities across our teams.

While you'll need experience in all aspects of HR and strong business partnering skills, we're looking for a passionate and innovative leader with a demonstrated ability to partner across diverse stakeholders.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop first-hand knowledge of short and long-term business goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the direct team, HR community and the leaders in the region.
  • Ensure HR and Talent strategies are implemented to meet the performance needs of each property and overall regional targets.
  • Drive our culture and our employee value proposition through being visible and focusing on amazing storytelling.
  • Lead, drive, sponsor our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies and ensure the appropriate focus, prioritization and execution are delivered consistently and measurably.
  • Ensure the best and truly diverse talent gets hired, is welcomed and will grow with Hilton.
  • Determine staffing needs and oversee the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and developing of department Team Members at the hotel level, and enable the right competitive compensation models.
  • Drive wellbeing and flexibility across the region for all team members.
  • Proactively manage the standards of hotel HR in all activities and functions, ensuring the quality of programs and procedures.
  • Champion all programs that ensure a Great Place To Work for all at hotels in the region.
  • Proactively lead the rollout of HR toolkit for clients ensuring that all are aware and educated appropriately.

To fulfil this role successfully, you will bring with you:

  • Fluent in English
