He / She also ensures that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated, and that the team adheres to all safety regulations and company policies. He / She collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that maintenance schedules align with production requirements and provide regular reports on team performance and equipment maintenance activities.
Further the Supervisor of Equipment Maintenance is responsible for the development, coaching, and continuous improvement of the responsible team, advises on matters of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Costs as well as communicates and coordinates with internal and external organizations as appropriate.
Your tasks
- Guarantee for all employees a workplace that meets all Safety, Health and Environmental rules, regulations and requirements
- Guarantee quality of workmanship in accordance with all applicable SRT and airworthiness, authority’s rules and regulations at all times
- Execute and promote Continuous Improvements applying Lean principles as the process to achieve all targets
- Actively manage human resources to ensure availability of skills to meet demand at all times
- Drive performance culture through periodic target setting and regular structured follow up with all employees
- Manage and improve related processes to achieve key performance indicators (KPI). Report KPI’s to Heads regularly
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Maintain time management and training records in SAP
Your profile
- Education: Technical education
- Advanced education: Leadership education
- Work experience: > 5 years
- Production environment experience: > 5 years
- Continuous Improvement: Knowledge to apply Lean Six Sigma
- Process Management desired
- Project Management desired
- Accountancy desired
- Good command of verbal and written English level B2, German at level C1 or native
- Proficient in MS Office
