Procurement Assistant [Philippines]


 

QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.

· Two or more years of experience in a supply chain management role, purchasing, sourcing

· Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

· Proactively employs strategic and critical thinking skills in solving issues and challenges

· Speaks English and Tagalog

POSITION DESCRIPTION

1. Preparing, verifying, abstracting, controlling, or closing out procurement documents, files, reports, or records

2. Collaborate with Operations Manager, Project Engineer & Accounting

3. Suggest solutions for process improvements

4. Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner

5. Work well to determine best vendors and distributors of materials

6. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers

7. Knowledgeable in Solar PV installation materials

8. Making sure that deliveries of materials to site and other customers is complete and correct

9. Keep warehouse stock list updated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
