In this exciting opportunity, as the Medical Education Associate EEMEA you will be collaborating across multiple functions internally as well as working with many stakeholders externally to ensure the smooth running of our educational courses. As the main point of contact for the InSITE Center you are naturally a people person who takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience, who can remain calm under pressure and can manage multiple projects at the same time. What you will do:
Assist in the planning and execution of EEMEA education programs
Manage all elements to include venue, compliance, event delivery, payments, review and follow up
Build & maintain collaborative relationships with all functions for the planning and implementation of educational events whilst driving leverage opportunities across the area
Work with the Education Managers across EEMEA and international
Work closely with Compliance ensure all compliance approvals are obtained in a timely manner, including faculty agreements
Work with Finance for vendor creations, purchase orders, payments, and cross charges
Work with Customer Service and Kits teams to ensure timely shipment (delivery & return) of the course kits whilst maintaining Central Marketing Demo list
Work with Stryker’s Preferred Suppliers List to maintain course logistics such as hotels, transfers, delegate lists, meal arrangements, welcome packs etc to ensure best in class experience for delegates.
Marketing & Administration support to work with the education team to help reach the marketing goals and objectives
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Keep EEMEA HQ materials and kit lists up to date and manage local inventories
Take responsibility for operation costs and cost management with the expectation of driving cost down with a strong focus on event timelines, and ensure all budgets are monitored and reported
What you will need:
Demonstrated Project Management experience
Highly organized and structured, with high attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
3-5 years’ experience in organizing events, including customer facing and virtual
Understanding of compliance and regulations within Medical Device sector
Fluency in English and Turkish is essential
Understanding and experience of working across digital platforms such as Teams and Zoom
Innovation & Creativity, to develop and champion new ideas
To be a proactive self-starter who can define priorities and manage the complexities of multiple projects. Has a pro-active and independent personality, ability to manage their own workload and prioritize appropriately
Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and to add value to the central marketing team and EEMEA
