Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist the kitchen supervisor in daily duties
- Kitchen preparations (eg. cutting of vegetables, cooking sauces)
- Cooking of seafood dishes to order
- Handling live seafood
- Daily cleaning of kitchen, shop dishes, and utensils
