As the Head of Marketing & Sales and member of the leadership team, you will have a great understanding of the business, industry, and audience, both at a local and global level, act as a brand ambassador for Tanglin Gin and its various product offerings. You are responsible for directing sales plans, leading all strategic and day-to-day marketing initiatives and campaigns that support domestic and international sales, including strategic lead-generation and brand awareness programs. You are a highly motivated professional who is passionate, detail-oriented, self-starting, proactive and global-minded.

Responsibilities
· Define the annual domestic and global marketing strategy and campaign plans, including budgeting and setting of targets.
· Support the leadership team in bringing our marketing/business vision to life.
· Knowledgeable on market/industry trends and audience insights
· Lead all campaigns
· Activation (paid and owned) and analysis/optimisation - this includes digital advertising, direct mail, and marketing tool kit creation.
· Strategize, create and oversee the production and distribution of content for our owned platforms; website, videos, social campaigns/posts.
· In charge of industry events in Singapore and abroad
· Effectively manage relationships with internal teams
· Drive the relationship with brand partners, ensuring open collaboration and ongoing partnership.
· Compile and present sales reports to key stakeholders.
· Manage and track marketing finances to ensure accurate spend
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Bachelor Degree or Master’s in Marketing/Communication/Busines or equivalent experience
· 6 plus years of industry or relevant regional experience
· Great leadership and team-building skills with proven results required
· Proven experience in developing profitable marketing strategies and implementing the vision
· Ability to demonstrate knowledge and passion for Tanglin’s brands, trends and key customers both at a local and global level

Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
