Your daily tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Working on the bowl, gathering, weighing and mixing ingredients; kneading, maturing, cutting,moulding, mixing and shaping dough and baking the bread and finishing the process according to established recipes, ensuring that every product that comes out of the oven are of high quality.
- Pie making skills
- Adhere to proper baking techniques, temperature control, and cooking times to achieve optimal results.
- Maintaining a clean, neat and orderly work station through general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned to adhere to standards.
- Responsible for quality control to ensure consistency by monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance.
- Ensuring all baked goods are completed on time.
- Operating baking equipment safely and ensuring cleanliness at all times.

Salary: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour
