JAZAC City, a project of JAZAC Group, is looking to add on site Real Estate Sales Operations Manager to join our team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring, training & leading real estate sales executives to grow businesses, and motivating them to close the deals.
The real estate sales manager will carry out surveys to spot out the price of competing properties on the housing society market and keeps an eye on the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to talk them into securing their finance at JAZAC City.
Primary Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for the project in consultation with HOD.
- Managing sales for B2B and B2C sales.
- Provide clients with comparative sales information for properties.
- Contract negotiations for resales of existing properties.
- To manage the portfolios of clients.
- To suggest investment plans to the clients depending on their preferences and budget.
- To identify the potential clients and schedule a meeting for sales and marketing.
- Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
- Work with HOD to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
· Manage client relationship and sales of the entire project.
- Assisting head of sales in maintaining the relationship with clients.
- Other tasks assigned by reporting HOD
Job Location: Near Unifoam Factory Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.
Minimum Education: Bachelors
Career Level: Experienced Professional
