We're looking for someone to join our SEE Finance team located in the Bucharest office who can help us step up our game in the areas related to planning and business performance. Be a part of a team where you will:
- Develop and maintain insightful management reports and analysis of overall company performance on the relevant dimensions and provide professional advice in relation to operational performance
- Gather input from the commercial & operations departments and translate & adjust them into budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans, defining and monitoring financial & operational targets to steer the performance of the Company
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-range plan sets of financial & operational statements standalone and consolidated
- Performance management analysis related to deviations versus plan
- Business partnering with Senior management in financial and operations matters
- Take part in the month-end closing process supporting local accounting in the production of management reports
- Investigate the reasons for differences between the planned and actual results, highlighting to superior management impact on the business
- Maintain the budgeting existing systems, improve and update tools and data flow
- Continuous development and update of business planning models based on current and expected developments of the business
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (ACCA/CPA Certification would be considered an advantage)
- 5+ years experience in a similar position (i.e. commercial finance/exposure to full P&L view)
- Experience working in the E-commerce or FMCG industry with a proven understanding of the business
- Fluent Knowledge of the English language
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- High levels of professionalism, initiative, energy, creativity, and flexibility
- Advanced MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, sumifs, vlookup, Charts etc) & Google Workspace
- An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude
