Customer Service Representative (La Union) [Philippines]


 

Work Set Up: ONSITE

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year BPO/CS Experience
  • Proficient in English Communication (Oral & Written)
  • Willing to work on cyclical schedules
  • Experience on phone, email and live chat support is a plus
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support is a plus
  • Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Resourceful, able to multitask and has high attention to details
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Can at least type 30 to 35 WPM
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes, and
  • Can work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php16,000.00 per month

  • San Fernando, La Union: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
