Work Set Up: ONSITE
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year BPO/CS Experience
- Proficient in English Communication (Oral & Written)
- Willing to work on cyclical schedules
- Experience on phone, email and live chat support is a plus
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support is a plus
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Resourceful, able to multitask and has high attention to details
- Computer literate and proficient in the use of Windows OS, Apple OS X, Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Can at least type 30 to 35 WPM
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Flexible and has the ability to quickly adjust to frequent process and information changes, and
- Can work under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
