You will be responsible for:
Undertake real estate fund management industry and real estate property market research
Assist with the identification and background research of prospective investors using data bases and publicly available sources.
Prepare fundraising marketing materials, including investor pitch books, case studies, newsletters, etc.
Prepare pre-meeting briefings to the team and other materials for the meeting
Assist with the preparation of due diligence questionnaires and follow-up with subsequent inquiries.
Update firm and fund statistics maintained by industry groups and consultants
Maintain & further develop CRM system to ensure information is up to date and encapsulates the full spectrum of outreach efforts
Help prepare investor reports, updates, and other ad hoc client communications materials
Assist with the organization of the investor conferences
Help coordinate press releases with the external press advisors and internal team
Assist with the update of corporate marketing materials, including the website, firm brochures, etc.
To be our dream candidate, you have:
Earned a MSc in finance, economics, business administration or other relevant degree
2-4 years of experience from banking, private equity, management consulting, strategy, business development or similar
Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English
A strategic, structured and analytical mindset and enjoy both facilitating and leading initiatives and projects
