The Asst Manager - Livestreaming is responsible for the overall production of the live show as well as perform as a Livestreamer. The incumbent responsibilities, encompasses the following. The objective to increase profit margin and sales revenue for the channel:
- Liaise closely with the show presenters and livestreamer
. Plan and create live show content.
- Good knowledge of the product on the show
- In-charge of items for sales for the live show
- Prepare and test payment links to ensure the link works
- Mindful of the cost prices and availability of the products/services
- Pricing for the products / services
- Meet sales targets
- Generate post livestream sales reports for fulfilment and finance.
- Improve sales on time report with accuracy / data management & creation accuracy
- Work with other team to improve customer satisfaction.
